Connection Trainer

Focus: Ensures proper synchronization between the upper and lower body, ensuring a connected, efficient swing.

What’s Included:
• 1 Resistance Band
• Back Elbow Strap
• Back Knee Strap

How It Works:
• The resistance band connects the back elbow strap to the back knee strap.

• This trainer works by keeping the upper and lower body connected throughout the swing. It helps prevent “casting” (when the hands move too far away from the body), which can lead to weak, inefficient swings.

• As the hitter swings, the band provides resistance that ensures the hips and torso drive the swing, with the hands following in a connected motion.
