All orders placed with Ultimate Baseball Supply are eligible for a return or exchange. Items must be received back at Ultimate Baseball Supply or Ultimate Baseball Supply's manufacturer locations within 30 days after your order arrives to be eligible for a full refund. To allow for communication delays, please reach out to us within 21 days of your order arrival to initiate the return or exchange process.
The items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, be unworn/unused, have any tags still attached, and include all the original packaging. We are an authorized distributor of every brand we offer and product we carry on our website. Any items marked as final sale or "all sales are final" are not eligible for returns or exchanges per our manufacturer's policies. Depending on the reason for the return, shipping costs may not be refundable in all circumstances.

To initiate a return claim for a product purchased at Ultimate Baseball Supply, customers MUST reach out to us directly at support@ultimatebaseballsupply.com prior to initiating any return. If you do not contact us prior to returning any items, you may be subject to potential return shipping costs or restocking fees. We work closely with our brand partners to ensure a smooth returns & exchange process for all of our customers.
Any orders that are placed on our other channels or platforms such as Amazon, Meta, etc. may have different Return or Refund policies in accordance with the platform's guidelines.
