All orders placed with Ultimate Baseball Supply come with the manufacturer's standard warranty. We are an authorized distributor of every brand we offer and product we carry on our website.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Most orders normally ship out within 1-2 business days. Please note during busy periods or peak holidays, we may experience delays in fulfillment time.

If an item is on back-order, we will contact you as soon as it is on it's way to you.

What is the return policy?

All orders placed with Ultimate Baseball Supply are eligible for a return or exchange. Items must be received back at Ultimate Baseball Supply or Ultimate Baseball Supply's manufacturer locations within 30 days after your order arrives to be eligible for a full refund.
