Most orders normally ship out within 1-2 business days. Please note during busy periods or peak holidays, we may experience delays in fulfillment time.

If an item is on back-order, we will contact you as soon as it is on it's way to you.

All orders placed with Ultimate Baseball Supply are eligible for a return or exchange. Items must be received back at Ultimate Baseball Supply or Ultimate Baseball Supply's manufacturer locations within 30 days after your order arrives to be eligible for a full refund.

To allow for communication delays, please reach out to us within 21 days of your order arrival to initiate the return or exchange process.
