Returns & Refunds

All orders placed with Ultimate Baseball Supply are eligible for a return or exchange. Items must be received back at Ultimate Baseball Supply or Ultimate Baseball Supply's manufacturer locations within 30 days after your order arrives to be eligible for a full refund.

The Full Hide model offers a thicker and stiffer strap that is ideal for beginners, or ballplayers who might be less experienced/coordinated with their hands. Due to the added thickness and stiffness, the strap is less likely to fold or bend, giving the less experienced hitter more confidence in knowing exactly where the strap is at all times when gripping the bat.

The 9 Strap utilizes materials designed to keep both hands securely attached to the bat throughout the entire swing… thus reducing single arm swing injuries, eliminating swing flaws, and increasing bat speed both in practice and in game!

Once the hitter becomes more experienced and gets used to the 9 Strap, they will be prepared to move on up to the Lite or Pro model (thinner strap).

The Full Hide model is offered in multiple color options (tan leather w/ colored webbing) in both Youth and Adult sizes. The Full Hide model also includes a small 1” square piece of Velcro which allows the hitter to secure the strap in place when NOT in use.

Size Recommendation - A snug fit is preferred by most ball players. The 9 STRAP size will typically coincide with your batting glove size. If you do not wear batting gloves, you may want to size down. (click here for more help)

How long will it take to receive my order?

Most orders normally ship out within 1-2 business days. Please note during busy periods or peak holidays, we may experience delays in fulfillment time.
