Focus: Promotes proper upper-body and lower-body separation, which is essential for generating bat speed and power.

What’s Included:

• 2 Resistance Bands (different tension levels)

• Back Elbow Strap

• Front Foot Strap

How It Works:

• The resistance bands connect the back elbow strap to the front foot strap.

• As the hitter loads into their stance, the bands stretch to provide resistance. This helps the hitter feel the separation between their upper body (torso and arms) and lower body (hips and legs).

• The goal is to create tension during the load phase, where the hitter feels the upper body delay while the lower body begins to initiate the swing. This separation generates torque and stores energy, which is crucial for a powerful swing.
