Follow the manufacturer’s setup instructions and adjust the guide-board angle for the hitter before starting. Begin with slow, controlled dry swings to become familiar with the training path.

Use the trainer for stationary tee work and dry swings. Avoid striking the metal base or swinging straight down onto the guide board; the manufacturer identifies these as misuse outside warranty coverage.
